• A media campaign in the official newspaper in Egypt & Middle East before & during the exhibition.
• 200 invitations provided to each company, 50 of them for the opening day.
• Printing a pamphlet to include the names of participating companies to be given out to visitors and participants.
• Sending invitations by mail to businessman in Egypt, the Gulf area, North Africa and all those concerned with the field.

• Stand area with carpet
• Walls on 3 sides - height of partition are 2.5 m.
• 2 spots 100W per 9m2
• 1 desk and 2 chairs per 9m2
• 1 socket 220V, 1KW

Fascia with company name

• Booth staff / specialties (with fees)
• A VIP reception on the opening day.
• Two nametags for each exhibitor.
• Exhibitors will be allowed 2 days prior to the exhibition & a day after for set up and departure respectively.

An in–house customs section to clear goods 

Egyptian companies have the right to import goods for the exhibition with a temporary customs exemption.
